    Two indigo dyed slribori panels featured on the quilt was made in winter of 2010-2011, but the intention to render these 2 images of nature photos began in the summer of 2008. These two slribori panels were surrounded by a background of patterned indigo blue prints, most of these of African origin, acquired during a Quilt Canada 2008 workshop given by Rosalie Dace at St. John's, N.L.
