    The Legacy Quilt This applique & embroidery quilt was begun from Kit by Harriett L. Elliot (nee nayler) in Oakville. Ont. in the 1940's. It was picked up her daughter Virginia Anne Elliot in the 1940's and trundled around over the next 40 years while studying, skiing digging & working. Hand embroidered, hand pieced, hand quilted, the legacy quilt was completed in December 2004 with the help of daughter Rebecca & Eabrielle Murciano and the technicals support of Westmount quilters.
